Shipping costs for orders from PolishFilmMusic.com depend upon your address and order weight. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the Check out process. We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to any address worldwide!
All orders are shipped via a registered priority mail.
RETURNS:
You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by PolishFilmMusic.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We`ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund:
- Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item`s price.
- Any CD, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item`s price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item`s price.
